Every client receives a list of staff cell phone numbers in addition to our office extensions and emails. Even our interns are given company phones in case we need them to get us coffee at 2am for the energy to finish an urgent ad campaign. We succeed because our clients succeed, and success isn't 9 to 5. We like to think of ourselves as on call doctors...without all the money and public recognition.
Online Support
Sometimes your just too busy to make a call, or maybe it's such a small issue that you don't feel it's worth dialing 11 numbers. Not to worry, our team has every instant messenger you can think of online all day, and it even saves money on your phone bill.
Dedicated Account Manager
A dedicated account manager is just that, one manager who oversees your entire campaign from start to finish. Many of our clients are running multiple campaigns with us per month from creative design, to site promotion and email marketing. We built seperate departments because we wanted experts in specific areas of communication and development, not a jack of all trades. For our clients convenience we assign a dedicated account manager to handle any issues, changes, or updates so that you only have one person's name to remember. If you're a multi-tasker and prefer to communicate with all departments, no problem, we only offer dedicated managers as a convenience to those who prefer one contact.
